NGA Seeks Creative Choice Awards Entries

New Orange County Gelson’s Gets Several Innovations

California grocery chain Gelson’s Markets is opening a new store in Rancho Mission Viejo, its sixth store in Orange County, with features never seen before at other Gelson’s locations. Set to open Nov. 16, the store features such unique offerings as Gelson’s Kitchen, where customers can build personalized breakfast items such as omelets and meal bowls with Mediterranean-inspired ingredients for enjoyment at the store or as takeout, and the Wolfgang Puck Build-Your-Own-Pizza counter, offering a la carte toppings for customizing store-baked pizzas. Raley’s Adds Ready To Go Meals
Raley’s has expanded its Ready-To-Go program with new sizes, flavors and packaging, now including 32 different meals available in the fresh deli department. SpartanNash To Honor Armed Forces With Discounts, In-Store Events
SpartanNash will honor current and veteran members of the Armed Forces this Veterans Day by offering an 11 percent discount on all eligible products at its 145 corporate-owned retail stores in nine states.
