COVID-19 OSHA Recordkeeping and Reporting: What You Need to Know

There are myriad workplace safety and health implications of the COVID-19 pandemic, including the newly updated OSHA regulatory obligations for recordkeeping that employers must meet. And with thousands of worker claims made to OSHA involving COVID-19, the agency issued an updated enforcement guidance for onsite inspections.
