SUMMARY:2026 Fly-In for Fair Competition
DESCRIPTION:Join other independent retailers\, wholesalers\, and state association executives in Washington\, D.C. to advocate for a level playing field in the grocery industry by calling for enforcement of the Robinson-Patman Act and legislation to reform credit card routing to lower swipe fees. We will also call on Congress to pass a strong Farm Bill that ensures grocery retail remains at the center of delivering nutrition assistance through SNAP. During the Fly-In you will meet with your representatives on Capitol Hill\, discuss the pressing issues that are affecting your business\, and help NGA to positively impact the policymaking process.
