A panel of industry expert judges select 20 category winners to be featured at the NGA Show. Women Grocers of America (WGA)
The Women Grocers of America (WGA) is the sole organization representing female grocers and other women affiliated with the independent food industry. WGA specifically serves as NGA’s career development network for active female professionals as well as students interested in pursuing independent retail grocery careers.
The Asparagus Club is comprised of a highly motivated group of industry leaders to include retailers, wholesalers, manufacturers, and state association executives. Members ensure the future health of the independent grocery retailers and associated organizations by offering scholarship opportunities and student programs to students preparing for careers within the industry.
