Child Labor Laws

As summer is fast approaching and summer hiring about to begin, the first episode of NGATV will focus on compliance with Child Labor Laws? Are you compliant?  It is imperative that employers understand the child labor laws and regulations to protect not only their employees, but their businesses from legal liability. This episode takes a close look at the N.G.A. Child Labor Law Compliance Program that assists N.G.A. members ensure that their “under 18 years of age” employees work within the bounds of the laws governing the use of child labor; and gain an understanding of the Department of Labor's investigatory process of stores to find any child labor law violations.
