The N.G.A. Executive Leadership Development Program at Cornell University is designed for senior and rising industry executives who have been identified for expanded leadership and strategic planning responsibilities. Participants engage in a curriculum that focuses on assessing current challenges for the executives as well as addressing obstacles presented to their companies.

Selected candidates will have a unique access to new perspectives, professionally designed leadership assessment programs, leadership development action plans, strategic planning and a national network of peers who share similar goals.

A program such as this would typically cost well over $8,000 per person. With a generous grant from PepsiCo, tuition and other expenses is only $2,850 per person. This fee includes instruction and class materials, hotel lodging and most meals.
