“Independently Speaking”, N.G.A.’s live television show was brought back to the Concept Show Floor. Phil Lempert, Food editor and correspondent for NBC’s TODAY Show conducted this two-day event which provided attendees with valuable information focused on education, information, industry relations and innovations. Phil facilitated discussions on new products, consumer attitudes, food safety concerns and the latest trends in merchandising. He interviewed a number of industry leaders and consumers on issues such as natural and organic foods, consumer demographics, advanced technology and much more.
