Mission Statement
The Mission of the Center for Labor Relations and Employment Law is to provide member companies with the tools and resources necessary to establish an atmosphere in which all employees can perform their jobs to the best of their abilities and creatively contribute to the organization; and to seek public policy that promotes voluntary interaction between employees and the retailers and wholesalers who employ them and free from counterproductive and unfair interaction from external forces.
